Digital Health Architect Job Description
The Role
As the Digital Health Architect, you will be responsible for providing leadership for the analysis, planning, development, implementation, maintenance and evaluation of clinical information systems, processes and structures to support clinical operations in conjunction with the Director of Medical Informatics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishes, builds and maintains key internal and external relationships, including cross functional teams, other franchises, sales, and opinion leaders to inform the plans and support the execution/implementation.
  • Work across the entire software development lifecycle including high-level and detailed design, software implementation, verification, and maintenance activities.
  • Manages the intersection of Sales, Research and Development, Marketing, Clinical, Health Care Solutions and Information Technology along with outside vendors and entrepreneurs to design solutions.
  • Must gain a strong technical understanding of our business and customer needs.
  • Create a strategy that optimizes our product offering for the evolving health-care environment.
  • Execute pilot programs to assess the commercial opportunity of digital health products.
  • Develop new, innovative marketing programs intended to build therapy awareness, accelerate adoption, and build brand equity with healthcare consumers along the entire care pathway.
  • Plans and manages to an assigned budget.
  • Responsible for topic-related content accuracy in all internal- and external-customer facing pieces and communications.
  • Accountable for the overall delivery of the Digital Health Technology support service in the North America region, ensuring that service performance meets or exceeds established goals / SLAs, within budget.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of business analysis or project management related experience ideally in Computer Science, Business, Public Health, Health, Education, Healthcare, Engineering, Project Management, Technology, Communications.
  • Track record of excellent client counseling, including strategic thinking, research, presentation and writing skills
  • A deep understanding of healthcare/consumer media and industry trends with strong industry contacts
  • Proven success executing high-impact media relations campaigns for healthcare and/or technology companies
  • A team-player with strong leadership qualities, track record of effectively managing a team

Additional details

  • Most projects will have a remote/hybrid model but some may require occasional travel up to 25% of the time
  • Special focus given to candidates within the Canadian Atlantic Provinces
