We are a prominent consultancy firm specializing in large-scale infrastructure projects, including airport, railway, metro, road, bridge, highway, and tunnel developments. Committed to delivering excellence in design and construction, we are currently seeking an experienced Architect Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.
Your new role, what’s involved?
As an Architect Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leading architectural design efforts and providing expertise in design review and construction supervision across a variety of infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience, with a strong background in airport, railway, metro, and large-scale infrastructure projects. A consultant background and demonstrated experience in design review and construction supervision are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the architectural design phase of infrastructure projects, ensuring creativity, functionality, and adherence to project specifications.
• Oversee the design review process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, local codes, and project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct construction supervision, inspecting architectural elements to ensure alignment with approved designs and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to address design and construction-related challenges.
• Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in architectural design and construction.
• Interface with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
