ARCHITECT (HIGH-END RESIDENTIAL)

A boutique award-winning architecture and interior design studio in Dublin city, renowned for high-quality architectural solutions and interior design services, are seeking a talented Architect to join the growing team.
They are seeking a motivated Architect who can take the lead on high-end luxury residential projects, managing them from initial concept stages through to construction while focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for clients.
The successful Architect with work within a creative environment alongside other talented Architects and Designers.

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

• RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect with 5 years architectural experience
• Previous success managing high-end residential developments is preferred
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency and familiarity with other design software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, colleagues, and contractors ensuring are stages are executed efficiently and effectively
• Strong design and technical understanding
• Proven ability to lead projects and teams effectively, ensuring collaboration and high performance
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring quality design and accuracy in documentation
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, showcasing your ability to manage pressures and prioritise tasks effectively
• MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
