Architect Inspector

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience working as an architect inspector in the construction of 5-star hotels, preferably in the Middle East region.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to work within a diverse project team.

• Conduct regular inspections of construction work, ensuring compliance with architectural plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and architects to address any design or construction issues promptly.
• Review and approve architectural and engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Verify that the construction work aligns with the 5-star hotel quality standards and specifications.
• Provide detailed reports and documentation on the progress of construction, identifying any deviations from the architectural plans.
• Provide on-site construction supervision, ensuring that all architectural elements are being implemented according to the approved designs and quality standards.
• Monitor and inspect the installation of structural components, finishes, and interior details to ensure they align with the 5-star hotel aesthetic and functionality.
• Collaborate with the construction team to address any architectural or design-related challenges that may arise during the construction phase.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections to verify that the construction materials and workmanship meet the established standards for a 5-star hotel project.Offer guidance and support to subcontractors and construction teams to ensure that architectural specifications are understood and implemented accurately.
