Architect / Interior Designer

• Visualization Rendering: Create high-quality 3D renderings and design presentations to convey design concepts effectively to clients.
• Site Supervision: Oversee on-site fit-out work to ensure projects are being executed according to design specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure that the design intent is being met during the construction and fit-out phases.
• Inspect the quality of work at various stages and provide necessary adjustments to the design or construction plans.
• Ensure the successful execution of interior designs by resolving any on-site challenges and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month

Experience:
