Architect / Interior Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect / Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural design, space planning, and interior aesthetics. Only Russian nationals will be considered, as fluency in Russian is required to communicate effectively with clients and partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Good knowledge of materials, furniture, and space planning principles.
• Experience in handling residential, commercial, or hospitality projects is a plus.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design.
• Experience working on international projects is an advantage.
• Knowledge of sustainable and modern design trends.

• Develop creative and functional architectural and interior design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and technical plans using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Select and source materials, furniture, and finishes while keeping budget and aesthetics in mind.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
