ABOUT THE JOB ARCHITECT LEAD

PTC is looking for a very experienced Frontend Architect to join our team in a remote model.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Turn requirements into technological solutions and scale solutions from small concepts to highly available systems.
• Plan, design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Provide technical and thought leadership as our subject matter expert for ecommerce platforms.
• Lead and guide multidisciplinary teams to create and maintain solutions, from conception to production.
• Research new technologies or frameworks to find new and efficient ways to solve business and technical requirements.
• Challenging the status quo to improve both team dynamics and product quality, shipping high-value features quickly.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Over +5 years of experience (preferably +8 years) in building scalable, consumer-facing web platforms using .NET, C#, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Demonstrated resilience, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Strong expertise in software engineering, web application development, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
• Proficient in .NET Core, legacy .NET, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS frameworks, and legacy JavaScript frameworks (TypeScript, Angular, React).
• Solid understanding of unit testing, relational (SQL) and non-relational (Mongo) databases, and event/messaging platforms (RabbitMQ).
• Familiar with SOAP, REST, GraphQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Svelte, Vue), as well as cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) and Agile frameworks.
