QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading successful projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in software architecture, design, and development using .NET technologies ( C# Asp .Net/.Net Core Web APIs (Restful Web Services) Client/Server)
• Past experience as senior developer, technical architect or cloud architect
• Proven experience in supporting technical sales(RFx), project management, and holding technical or professional certifications.
• Strong partner relationship management, solution development skills, and a proven track record of building relationships with CXOs.Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem-solving mentality, and the ability to adapt to new technologies.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a skilled Software Architect with focus on .NET to design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. The ideal candidate will be a self driving person that possess good knowledge in domain driven design and have a background in running scalable .NET apps in Azure. As we are a product company developing industry leading applications in the spend domain it’s expected to have(or get) a high level of domain knowledge to be successful in supporting the teams and to be able to drive a high level of innovation. You will be joining a group working cross the whole R&D organization where a lot of the work is driven by the individual but with a high level of collaboration with others in the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead changes from definition through delivery to ensure technical transformation success.
• Ensure solutions exhibit high performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term innovation.Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and design oversight to development teams, promoting best practices and technical excellence.
• Lead technical architecture discussions, create Proof of Concepts (POCs), and guide teams to production deployment(CI/CD process).
• Apply technical knowledge to architect solutions that meet business needs, ensuring long-term viability and integration of modern architecture patterns.Foster cross-team collaboration and communication to drive role clarity and project success.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and devise strategies for efficient resolution, including performance and security best practices, database designs, and development standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
• Ensure high-quality production deployments and coach team members on architectural design and technical recommendations.
• Layout a technology roadmap and design principles with focus on Domain driven design for future technology changes.
• Oversee project management for non-functional initiatives.
• Create architectures for newly added or migrated products, with a focus on microservices based on Azure PaaS and modular monoliths.
• Assist Product Managers/Development Managers in developing technical solutions and implementing DDD patterns.
