YOUR ROLE:

As an Architect/Project Manager, you will bring visionary designs to life, managing every phase of luxury residential projects—from initial concept to final execution. You’ll collaborate with elite clients, top-tier consultants, and expert contractors to ensure each project exceeds expectations in design, quality, and innovation. This is an opportunity to work on extraordinary properties that define elegance and sophistication.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Craft exceptional architectural designs, from concept sketches to fully detailed plans.
• Develop architectural drawings and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create stunning 3D visualizations and presentation materials (proficiency in 3ds Max is a plus).
• Ensure every design meets luxury standards, regulatory guidelines, and client expectations.
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth execution at every phase.
• Engage with high-profile clients, understanding their vision and translating it into reality.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring top-tier quality control.
• Navigate regulatory processes and liaise with relevant authorities when needed.
