• Valid Trakhees Card and DM Architectural License.
• Proven experience working in a Dubai-based consultancy firm.
• Strong design and visualization skills, with proficiency in industry-standard software.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Develop creative and practical architectural designs aligned with project requirements and client expectations.
• Conduct detailed project analysis, prepare design concepts, and create construction documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with Trakhees and Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project manager, and contractors, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee the approval process and coordinate with relevant authorities to secure necessary permits and licenses.
