As a BI Solutions Architect, you will play a strategic role in modernizing our business intelligence ecosystem, while ensuring data quality, security and governance. You will be a reference for the teams on strategic and technological aspects and stand out for your leadership.

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO LGI HEALTHCARE SOLUTIONS TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience (8 years or more) as a BI Solutions Architect, Data Architect, or similar role.
- Expertise in modern BI solutions, including:
- Lakehouse and Medallion architectures;
- Data pipelines (ETL/ELT);
- Cloud data platforms (Data Warehouse, Data Lake);
- Advanced visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience or knowledge of the healthcare sector, including its specific needs in terms of confidentiality and data governance.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps automation tools.
- Mastery of the Azure BI environment, including:
- Azure Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory;
- Azure Purview, Azure Data Lake Storage, Power BI, and Azure Monitor.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Analyzing and optimizing existing solutions to maximize stability, performance, and security;
- Use of MS SQL Server technologies, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and advanced T-SQL scripting.
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Implementation of data governance policies and processes;
- Access management and data quality.
- Strong technical leadership and strategic acumen.
- This position must be bilingual as the candidate will be responsible for working with documentation in both French and English and communicating, orally and in writing, with both French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
