Responsibilities:

We are seeking a technically adept and customer-focused Sales Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our advanced digital health solutions and our customers’ needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.

  • Technical Sales Support:

o Provide expert technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering complex customer queries.
o Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.

o Assist in the creation of detailed product proposals and responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) by providing technical insights and validation.

  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as the primary technical point of contact throughout the sales process.
o Conduct on-site visits and virtual meetings during discovery phase to understand pain points and gather their new requirements that will be aligned with the product team and feed into the business development process.

o Gather and document customer feedback from demos to inform product development and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Solution Design and Implementation:

o Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and communicate these with the product team when requirements are new.

o Collaborate with product management and techno teams to customize solutions, address technical challenges, and ensure seamless integration.

  • Market and Product Knowledge:

o Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations and insights.
o Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of Akinox’s digital health products and services, including their capabilities, benefits, and limitations.

o Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including technical datasheets, white papers, and case studies.

  • Sales Enablement:

o Provide technical training and support to the sales team, enhancing their ability to effectively communicate product value propositions and technical features.
o Assist in the creation of sales tools and resources that facilitate the sales process and improve team performance.
