ROLE OVERVIEW

This role involves overseeing complex projects, ensuring efficient delivery, and managing risks effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Spark Optimization, AWS services, and customer management.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and efficient architectures using AWS services.
• Oversee the optimization of Apache Spark applications to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Provide expert guidance on AWS Cloud Formation, Amazon RDS, and AWS CloudWatch to streamline cloud operations.
• Handle key customers to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Use AWS IAM to run access and security across AWS resources.
• Maintain and optimize AWS Glue Catalog for efficient data cataloging and discovery.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

• Extensive experience in Spark Optimization and AWS services.
• Proven ability to manage key customers and align project goals.
• Strong background in risk management and delivery management.
• Proficiency in AWS Cloud Formation, Amazon RDS, and AWS CloudWatch.
• Solid understanding of Amazon S3 and Apache Spark.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
