Architectural Coordinator

We are an interior contracting A&A firm on the path of improvement and growth. We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as Architectural Coordinator . In this role, you will play a critical role in executing various aspects of A&A projects from initiation to completion, with a particular focus on Interior Works.

• Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of project
• Check and study Tender / Construction Drawings, resolve any technical issues or discrepancies between drawings and project execution
• Coordinate Material Procurement with Consultants and Users, and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Attend and prepare reports of regular project meetings with clients and subcontractors
• Carry out inspection to ensure the works are executed to the required quality standard and in accordance to approved drawings and specifications
• Liaise with Consultants and sub-contractors to ensure timely execution of all project matters
• Prepare and submit Shop drawings
• Prepare and Submit As-built Drawings (OMM)
• Assist Quantity Surveyor for variation order items
