Description:
Roles & Duties:
- To ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved detailed drawings, interpreted plans, and requirements of relevant authorities by carrying out site inspection.
- To manage site coordination; such as Work & Manpower Scheduling, Issuing drawings, liaising with Consultants and Sub-contractors.
- Assist Project Director to monitor site progress and prepare weekly progress reports.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
Requirement:
- Must be experienced in Private Landed Residential Construction / ID Project.
- Be able to read and understand construction drawings.
- Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices.
- Be meticulous, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
- Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software.
