As the Architectural Design & Drafting Manager, you will provide creative leadership and direction to the design team and manage the strategic direction of the company’s design process. You will deliver drafting and design services to clients with complex projects.
We are seeking a visionary individual with a strong background in architecture to spearhead our design efforts. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our team of designers and drafts people in creativity and innovation.
Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, drafting, and/or trade certifications and at least five years of relevant experience. Necessary skills include a solid understanding of design principles, the ability to guide others, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong focus on accuracy and quality, and the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
