Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Responsibilities would be to create residential architectural construction documents utilizing AutoCad software.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Produce and review master sets for model library including: base models, elevations, detailing, and pre-planned options;
- Strong understanding of new projects including knowledge of building methods and materials;
- Prepare jobs for developer and permit applications;
- Meet and maintain production schedules;
- Provide plan input for value engineering, in conjunction with other departments
