Job Description
Bright Design Architects are a design focused practice seeking an architectural graduate and/or recently registered Architect to work on a variety of private residential and commercial projects.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate would have a minimum 5+ years post graduate experience, having proven experience with production of working drawings and tender packages.
A good knowledge of DEAP, current Irish building regulations and a proven ability for preparation, submission of planning applications and site experience is essential.
The successful applicant should possess strong design and graphic skills, be fully proficient in AutoCad, Photoshop and Sketchup as well as having the ability to work under your own initiative to lead projects under guidance and supervision, as well as within a team. Experience of BIM would be an advantage but is not essential
