Are you an Architectural Technician who is proficient in AutoCAD / Revit looking to join a tight-knit, dynamic company who work on exciting residential projects in a varied role offering the chance to continually progress as the company develops?
This company is well-established with over 10 years’ experience in architectural design. They have seen continual growth since their establishment whilst building a client base across the residential sector and are now looking to grow their friendly team of 4.
In this varied role you will work in the office located in Whitstable primarily working on designs on AutoCAD and Revit. You will undertake a dynamic range of works from sketching initial concepts and ensuring compliance to regulations, through to support the senior team and clients on end-to-end project work.
This exciting role would suit an Architectural Technician looking for a Monday-Friday role that offers stability and the chance to develop your career in a role offering flextime.

The Role:

• Create architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Designing building and floor plans, providing details and construction notes for residential planning and projects.
• 9-5, Mon-Fri, 37 ½ hours of work (flexitime).
• Supporting customers and senior members of team throughout project
