Seaway Corridor
Architecture49’s Seaway Corridor Region is an office with deep ties across eastern Ontario. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college.
  • 2+ years’ working as an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural consulting firm.
  • Candidates must demonstrate product knowledge, and an ability to detail architectural building systems.
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge of:
  • BIM principles & workflows
  • REVIT software
  • AutoCAD software
  • Microsoft 365 environment

Responsibilities:

  • Producing technical design and contract documents in compliance with Owner’s Statement of Requirements, in collaboration with project teams.
  • Design and technical modelling using REVIT software at all project phases.
  • Working closely with BIM Manager, assist in the setup of projects in BIM environment.
  • Working with senior team members during the production of design and contract documents.
  • Coordinating with project sub-consultants.
  • Assisting with contract administration.
