Architecture49 is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join our Seaway team.

Architecture49’s Seaway Corridor Region is an office with deep ties across eastern Ontario. QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree or diploma in architectural and building technology from an accredited technical college.
- 2+ years’ working as an Architectural Technologist for an Architectural consulting firm.
- Candidates must demonstrate product knowledge, and an ability to detail architectural building systems.
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of:
- BIM principles & workflows
- REVIT software
- AutoCAD software
- Microsoft 365 environment
Responsibilities:
- Producing technical design and contract documents in compliance with Owner’s Statement of Requirements, in collaboration with project teams.
- Design and technical modelling using REVIT software at all project phases.
- Working closely with BIM Manager, assist in the setup of projects in BIM environment.
- Working with senior team members during the production of design and contract documents.
- Coordinating with project sub-consultants.
- Assisting with contract administration.
