Description:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in architectural or BIM-related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, NavisWorks, and other BIM tools, with a thorough understanding of ISO 19650 processes.
  • Relevant third-level qualification in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A background in cladding and roofing (preferred but not essential).
  • A proactive approach to learning and applying new skills to enhance project delivery.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: €55,000.00-€65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our client is a leading construction company specializing in large-scale, mission-critical projects in the pharmaceutical, industrial, and infrastructure sectors across Ireland and Europe. They are seeking a highly motivated Architectural Technologist/BIM Technician with a strong background in architectural design and BIM capabilities to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting projects, with a focus on precision, collaboration, and innovation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and schedules in alignment with project execution plans.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adherence to specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including site teams and package managers, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Apply ISO 19650 processes to maintain compliance with industry standards for BIM workflows.
  • Ensure design accuracy and quality through meticulous review and approval of project documentation.
  • Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure goals are met.
  • Actively contribute to continuous learning and skill improvement, adopting new technologies and methodologies.
