Description:
A Canadian Architecture Firm with a global presence is looking to bring an intermediate level staff member onto their team. This role is to work with the studio within the firm that is focused specifically on justice work. The firm is open to candidates who are either pursuing their OAA, or who are pursuing a career as a senior technical team member, job captain.
Only candidate who have experience working on Canadian Courthouses, Correctional Facilities, or Police Work will be considered for this role.
Must have qualifications:
- Absolutely must have proven work experience producing working drawings in Revit for complex buildings (Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with Revit)
- Must have worked on public buildings in the past, specifically high security buildings (courthouses, correctional facilities, police stations).
- Evidence of prior experience coordinating with outside consultants
- Independently can produce high quality construction document packages, with input and support of project architect

Job Description:
- work with project team to produce DD & CD in Revit for justice work
- coordinate with MEP consultants
- lead more junior staff and mentor them through the production of construction documents
- provide technical insight to the design team with regards to options to improve constructibility of the projects
Candidate who have a Canadian Security Clearance will be considered first due to the nature of the projects they will be working on
