Description:
- Meeting Contractors and Clients and prepares meeting agenda and minutes.
- To produce a concept, design, and technical drawings via 2D and 3D software.
- Lead project team towards excellent project completion.
- To prepare Authority Submission, Tender Documentation, Contract Administration, Site Management, and Maintenance Period.
- Lead project team in the preparation of drawings necessary for a smooth presentation, submission, and project management.
- Ensure all design complies with all relevant authority codes and regulations.
- To report to Architects and Principal on project matters from design to project management stage daily.
- To liaise with subcontractor and supplier directly.
- To manage a team and guide the juniors and to vet their works and report to the principal.
- To do interior design and architecture works.
