We are looking to appoint 1 full time archive clerk on a 12-month fixed term contract to support the UCLH Cellular Pathology archive.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and bright individual to work in a busy, multi-disciplinary team to support the Pathology division in service delivery.
Post holders will have excellent time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and re- prioritise in an ever-changing work environment. A team working ethos is imperative to ensure tasks are met in a timely way to ensure the smooth running of the UCLH Cellular Pathology archive service.
The purpose of the job is to ensure the smooth running of the UCLH Cellular Pathology archive which comprises histological slides, reports and blocks and cytological slides and reports.
This role will be working on a project for Prof. Flanagan retrieving and managing slides, scanning pathology slides and extracting patient data.
Experience of working in a busy NHS environment working with pathology material would be an added advantage.
