Description:

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are looking for an Archives & Records, Document Coordinator to join our Documentation and Records team. You will assist in managing CSL’s corporate and local Archives and Records Management operations and Document Control processes in accordance with relevant industry and regulatory standards.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Formal qualifications in Information Management, Archives & Records Management or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years’ experience in an archives, records, document control management setting with knowledge of standards and best practices
  • 4+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a similar highly regulated environment
  • Electronic document & records management systems (EDRMS) experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Documentation and Records Manager (Asia Pac), you will:

  • Assist in a program for records appraisal, arrangement, description, sentencing, retention and disposition, long-term preservation and access, secure destruction and rights management of records according to industry and regulatory standards. This includes deeds, and other confidential CSL business records.
  • Help with the capture, preservation, and positioning of CSL’s corporate memory assets (documents, artefacts, photographs and audio-visual materials) for global access. Actively select contemporary content for preservation.
  • Provide advice to staff on appraisal and sentencing of records using CSL’s global retention schedule.
  • Help in providing historical research and reference services to internal and approved external stakeholders.
  • Support the development, updating and management of Archives and Records Management policies, procedures, guidelines, toolkits, and training resources, to enable ongoing compliance with CSL’s external regulatory environment.
  • Perform analysis, metrics, reporting and advice on Archives and Records Management and manage quality assessment, troubleshooting, and remediation of identified issues.
  • Contribute to delivering staff training in Archives and Records Management systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Assist in site Document Control processes. For example supporting periodic review workflows, distributing and formatting for Standard Operating procedures, Work Instructions.
