We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Area Director. This role involves overseeing the operations and management of our properties in Sioux Falls, SD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in property management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of property management principles, finance, and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and drive results.

• Provide leadership and guidance to property managers and staff to ensure the successful operation of our properties.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and maximize property performance.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, and reporting for all properties in the area.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Lead initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
• Organize and participate in property inspections, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
• Collaborate with corporate teams on marketing, leasing, and community outreach efforts.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on property performance and market trends.
