Description:
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience) + £10,000 OTE

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and Inspire: Develop, coach, and empower a team of Account Managers to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results for our customers.
- Foster Growth: Create and execute structured development plans that help your team achieve their full potential, using tools like the GROW model to ensure sustained success.
- Drive Commercial Success: Align team activities with business objectives, ensuring measurable value for both Rightmove and our clients.
- Collaborate Strategically: Work closely with peers, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Deliver Insights: Translate complex data into compelling stories that guide decision-making and drive team performance.
To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
