This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who has experience of management, can learn quickly, and will bring strong customer focus and leadership skills to the service. You will have an interest in expanding your own experience and make the best of the opportunity to develop your skills and make a positive difference.

Applications are being sought from candidates who can demonstrate knowledge of and experience in the following areas:

• Managing the development of service performance and quality management
• Managing the development of income generation and programme development
• Effective financial management, including budget monitoring
• Ensuring the implementation and effective monitoring of legislative and regulatory requirements
• Line management of teams and venue(s)
• Reviewing and developing operational procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Encouraging and developing a positive working culture

The successful candidate will be creative and innovative with a strong ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across multiple sectors and drive improvements in communities to provide meaningful and positive experiences.
You will be joining the operations and estates team at a decisive time to support the successful delivery of the major cultural venues under refurbishment and further develop the existing venues operated by OneRen.
