EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 plus years of experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible human resources experience. Must have the ability to provide guidance, work direction and to motivate others to obtain improved performance. Professional knowledge and experience in human resource management including problem solving, conflict resolution skills, consulting skills, operational management skills, and analytical skills.

- Follow verbal instructions, written instructions, and company policies.
- Be a self-starter, able to work independently and coordinate with others.
