Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Nalco Water, an Ecolab division, provides process and water treatment chemical and equipment solutions, with a customer base that includes major ANZ businesses across a variety of industry sectors.
We currently have an opportunity for a hands-on Area Manager to join our Nalco Water team specifically looking after our Mining clients in New South Wales. The support we provide on our customer sites includes solid-liquid separation, antiscalant, dewatering, and other water related applications.
Your technical and commercial activities will involve leading a dedicated team, as well as developing strong client relationships by driving value added & focused service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Manage and develop the current client base within the region, leveraging our strong client relationships and driving service delivery.
  • Develop your team’s capability through coaching and professional development.
  • With your team, devising a business development strategy to maximise new account opportunities, for both process treatment and water treatment.
  • Assisting with the troubleshooting of technical problems in a timely manner to ensure ongoing chemical treatment of process unit operations and water treatment facilities.
