A day in your life as a BWS Area Manager
Delivering the BWS strategy by leading, coaching and motivating a team of Store Managers spanning multi sites to deliver our vision of creating a more sociable future, together.
Driving a culture of team connectedness across locations (Connected Communities) and way of working.
Contributing to & implementing BWS operational plans within the State and Area to guide & ensure delivery of the overall business strategy.
Communicating clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture.
Working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences along with looking for ways to do things simpler for your teams.
Role modelling working horizontally as an Area Manager, sharing learnings, solving business problems and best practice to improve team and customer experiences.
Identifying and developing talent to build a pipeline for the future.
