Area Manager - Parking Operations

IDEAL EXPERIENCE:

• This position is responsible for multiple locations accross their assigned portfolio with oversight for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your designated area’s teams. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top assett.
• Progressive management experience with multi-teams front-line employee oversight
• Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES WE ARE SEARCHING FOR:

• You have 3-5 years of proven leadership in the hospitality and/or parking industries.
• Your operational and financial acumen are outstanding, and you are able to share and coach your leaders in these areas.
• You use your impeccable conversational and written communication skills to develop lasting relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
• You see a challenge as an opportunity and ready to “charge the hill” to lead your team to new heights
• Your education includes a bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in work experience
• You know your way around a computer and will have no problems with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, or the Microsoft Office suite.
