We have exciting opportunities for Area Managers to join our team in Queensland! You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team, driving success across multiple stores and fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
At the Accent Group we are looking for;
x1 Area Manager - Platypus (Brisbane Based)
x1 Area Manager - Vans/Timberland (Queensland Based)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Provide hands-on leadership and support to store managers, empowering them to create engaging in-store experiences and achieve sales targets
• Monitor store performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive corrective actions
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, and develop the skills and capabilities of your direct reports
• Ensure stores are operating in compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
