WE ARE A FAST GROWING, NATIONWIDE CLEANING COMPANY SEEKING A NEW AREA MANAGER DUE TO EXPANSION WITHIN THE MANCHESTER AREA.

Those who have previously joined us as Area Manager’s have come from all kinds of backgrounds, from cinema’s, supermarkets and pubs, to high street retailers and leisure venues.
We look for pace of progression, ambition and a desire for career development.
This position would suit someone looking to move away from evenings and weekend work usually found in the leisure industry.
Ideally experienced in all aspects of staff management including recruitment, training, establishing good working practices and delivering high levels of customer service.

In addition to the qualities above, you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring staff are consistently delivering a high standard of daily cleaning in multiple locations within your area
• Establishing clear communication with fast, honest and fair feedback for both customers and staff
• Managing weekly budgets, KPI’s and customer service levels
• Above all you will be tenacious, personable and professional with an excellent customer focus
• Full clean driving licence required
• Mileage allowance and mobile phone will be part of the company package.
• Position does not come with a company vehicle
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
