QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience managing multiple sites/units.
• 10+ years management experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience required.
• Those with additional years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Basic mechanic knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work outside in varying temperatures.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

• Leadership and Development:
• Live and portray the core values (Customer Focused, Driven, Engaged, Fun, Growing), mission, vision, purpose, and goals of TAGG-N-GO.
• Manage operations within an assigned area comprising 4+ car wash sites
• Train, mentor, lead, and develop Site Managers.
• Ensure a leadership bench is in place at each site.
• Operational Excellence:
• Oversee the productivity and performance of multiple car wash sites.
• Strategize and forecast operational direction for specific sites.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and training of Site Managers.
• Perform frequent audits of sites to maintain Car Wash quality and standards.
• Communication and Transparency:
• Communicate regularly with Site Managers to maintain transparency, focus, and forward progress.
• Set scorecard goals and objectives with Site Managers.
• Handle discipline, transfers, and possible termination of Site Managers as needed.
• Monitor and assist each site with work progress
• Safety and Environment:
• Ensure each site is following safety procedures.
• Ensure each site is clean, well-maintained, and provides a healthy team environment.
• Handle incident reports in an appropriate manner.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to discuss progress and action items related to continued growth.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance department in overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of each sit
• Provide updates and train Site Managers on services provided.
• Note area managers and site managers are not considered office jobs, however there may be time where office work is needed.
