Description:

Ecolab is seeking an Area Manager – Turaif to Work closely with sales team on strategic current and prospective customers to help define key business decisions, and to recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans that will maintain and grow sales in assigned area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Mining ), or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.).
  • Manage safety initiative and maintain ECOLAB Goal Zero policy.
  • Intensive knowledge in phosphate mining applications including (Beneficiation, PAP, SAP and utilities).
  • Monitor the customer site technical sales & service, treatment program performance, and lead the communications with the customer at senior level.
  • Achieve customer satisfaction resulting in optimal retention of existing business and growth of new business.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve the business plans, gross profit, product mix/profitability, price improvement, reduction of accounts receivables.
  • Provide the required coaching to the sales and service team who will help our customers, and to make sure we are delivering the best-in-class service and technical support.
  • Ability to build strong professional network, extended relationship with excellent interpersonal skill
  • Proactively work on developing Digital & Chemistry-based solutions, which are focused on value added for mining customers.
  • Develops business strategies and meet the annual business development plans for the relevant area.
  • Work in collaboration with sales team, Marketing team, District Sales Manager and Regional Managers to achieve the desired Business plans.
  • Proven sales track record working with Government/ Giant type organizations.
  • Typically, +10 years of successful technical sales and people management experience.

  • Emphasis on coaching and leading a group of sales professionals.
  • Demonstrates internal influence over area employees to drive sales activities.
  • Responsible for coaching, developing, & deploying Sales team.
  • Ensuring all safety training and safety results meet group standards.
  • Responsible for forecasting revenues & profitability for area customers.
  • Accountable for the performance & results of a team as well as managing P&L for area.
