JOB SUMMARY
We are in need of an experience professional for the position of an Area manager in our reputable organization with a minimum of 5 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operations within a specific geographic region, including leading sales teams, developing sales strategies, recruiting and training new staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, meeting sales targets, and monitoring the overall performance of multiple locations within their area, often requiring significant travel to each site.

- Budget Management: Managing budgets and controlling expenses for their assigned region.
- Customer Service: Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels across all locations
- Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues within their area of responsibility
- Reporting: Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to senior management.
