About the job
In this important role, you will lead sales efforts in Norway’s wastewater and food industries. Your knowledge and insights will be instrumental in promoting Alfa Laval’s advanced separation solutions, driving market share and revenue growth. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, addressing their unique needs with customized solutions while identifying new opportunities to expand Alfa Laval’s presence in these vital sectors. Your strategic thinking and sales expertise will play a key role in establishing Alfa Laval as a leading provider of separation technologies in Norway.

Key tasks

  • Conduct customer visits to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Prepare quotations and manage projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry events such as webinars, exhibitions, and seminars to stay engaged with the market.
  • Work proactively with sales planning in a structured and consistent way.

What you bring
You have experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within the wastewater industry, along with relevant educational qualifications. Strong negotiation skills and fluency in Norwegian and English enable you to communicate effectively and achieve great results.
