Description:

OUR AREA SALES MANAGER WILL BE:

  • Hands on, hopping on and off distributor’s mobile showrooms and working shoulder to shoulder with them
  • A trusted business advisor and sales coach to your distributors in Germany
  • Coaching, developing, and motivating your distributors to achieve success
  • Supporting the development of robust and challenging business plans and holding regular business reviews
  • Organising area sales meetings and product launches
  • Supporting distributor recruitment and sales inductions

We have ambitious growth plans for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands, and are looking for a practical, hands-on Area Sales Manager to join our German team.
As Area Sales Manager, you will be supported with a comprehensive training programme, giving you all the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to become a truly effective coach and mentor to your assigned group of highly profitable franchisees and distributors. The practical skills you learn, will inspire others to grow their business revenues and achieve their professional and personal goals and ambitions.
