Responsibilities:

WHAT ARE THE KEY OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTATIONS FROM THIS ROLE?

Managing and developing regional field force. Accountable for developing and ensuring agreed performance objectives and contributing to strategic direction.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Management of own team (development of employees according to capability assessment tool)
  • Responsible for performance in own region in accordance with performance objectives
  • Development of own region in accordance with performance objectives
  • Collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Main contributor to national and regional sales meetings
  • Secure communication and information flow between field and back office
  • Conduct field visits with direct reports to ensure quality in customer calls and development of employees
  • Main contributor to recruitment of new team members
  • Tracking of performance within the area
  • Ensure inspiring and engaging culture
  • Use capability assessment results as a basis to provide trainings in order to close capability gaps in the team or for individual sales reps
