ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Be able to build rapport with customers, build trust and confidence in a short space of time
- Be enthusiastic and promote Fawns with a consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated to achieve sales targets set
- Work in a professional and organised manner, especially time management

- Full driving licence
EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years proven track record in field sales. Experience in selling to schools would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Preferably based in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, or Cambridgeshire
- Responsible for driving sales within a designated territory to achieve targets set with support from the Sales and Marketing Director
- Communicate (written/ verbal) accurate information to the sales support team to ensure process efficiency
- Ability to self-generate new leads through prospecting will be required
- Lead local marketing activity
- Help develop new products to benefit company sales
