ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Be able to build rapport with customers, build trust and confidence in a short space of time
  • Be enthusiastic and promote Fawns with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated to achieve sales targets set
  • Work in a professional and organised manner, especially time management
  • Smartly presented
  • Full driving licence

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years proven track record in field sales. Experience in selling to schools would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Preferably based in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, or Cambridgeshire
  • Responsible for driving sales within a designated territory to achieve targets set with support from the Sales and Marketing Director
  • Communicate (written/ verbal) accurate information to the sales support team to ensure process efficiency
  • Ability to self-generate new leads through prospecting will be required
  • Lead local marketing activity
  • Help develop new products to benefit company sales
