Description:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Egypt, preferably in the marine industry or ex-Navy.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing large territories and diverse customer portfolios.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and projects.
  • Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Environmental Authorities, Ports Authorities, Oil & gas , Military & Defence , Hospitality sector )
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product training and demonstrations.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable sales.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Work with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
  • Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay informed and network.
