Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in Egypt, preferably in the marine industry or ex-Navy.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing large territories and diverse customer portfolios.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize target markets, customers, and projects.
- Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Environmental Authorities, Ports Authorities, Oil & gas , Military & Defence , Hospitality sector )
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the territory.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product training and demonstrations.
- Sales Execution:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable sales.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work with the product development team to provide customer feedback and influence product enhancements.
- Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and market trends.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to stay informed and network.
