Area Sales Manager - Landscaping

We are recruiting for a North West based Area Sales Manager on behalf of a specialist landscaping company that offers a bespoke landscape and maintenance service to a number of housebuilders (including Taylor Wimpey, Harron Homes and Countryside Partnerships). On offer is a salary of up to £35,000 per year plus company car or car allowance, uncapped commission (OTE Guide £45,000.00 - £50,000.00 with the opportunity to earn more), mobile phone and laptop etc.,

• To be based in the North West.
• Sales experience from within the new build sector, this can be from selling a landscaping, surfacing, play area or related design and installation service, or from working for a housebuilder in a customer facing sales roles.
• Proven experience of developing business with both existing and potential new customers.
• To be looking to bring fresh ideas, thoughts, enthusiasm, drive and passion into a company that embraces all of these.
• To be skilled at developing relationships, listening and understanding customer needs to enable you to maximise business opportunities along with the drive to seek out new customers.
• A driving licence and be happy to travel across a wide area to visit existing and potential customers.
