REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Education:

  • Commercial education or bachelor’s in economics desirable

Special Knowledge:

  • Knowledge about Medical Implants or Devices in general

Personality:

  • Open minded and flexible

  • Creative and independent way of working
  • Good in concept creation and analysis

Professional Experience:

  • 3 years working experience in sales of medical device and/or as clinic refractive manager

Responsibilities:

Achieve set sales targets for defined region and/or specific customer

  • Build and maintain relationship with customers
  • Develop sales strategy based on customer profile
  • Develop sales plan for EVO ICL Family (Spheric, Toric, EDOF) across the region
  • Drive sales according to set targets

    Define and execute Marketing program through customer in region

  • Collection and assist analysis of market relevant data

  • Organize and assist effective training and practice development program & actives in the region
  • Participation in national and international congresses/exhibitions

Work on cross-territory projects

  • such as organizing workshops to train optometrists and clinic staff members.
  • that are suitable for further improving EVO’s positioning and developing customers.
