Description:
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Education:
- Commercial education or bachelor’s in economics desirable
Special Knowledge:
- Knowledge about Medical Implants or Devices in general
Personality:
- Open minded and flexible
- Strong Team Player
- Creative and independent way of working
- Good in concept creation and analysis
Professional Experience:
- 3 years working experience in sales of medical device and/or as clinic refractive manager
Responsibilities:
Achieve set sales targets for defined region and/or specific customer
- Build and maintain relationship with customers
- Develop sales strategy based on customer profile
- Develop sales plan for EVO ICL Family (Spheric, Toric, EDOF) across the region
Drive sales according to set targets
Define and execute Marketing program through customer in region
Collection and assist analysis of market relevant data
- Organize and assist effective training and practice development program & actives in the region
- Participation in national and international congresses/exhibitions
Work on cross-territory projects
- such as organizing workshops to train optometrists and clinic staff members.
- that are suitable for further improving EVO’s positioning and developing customers.
