Area Service Manager

SALARY RANGE: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.

Monthly Bonus: One year sign off and customer survey bonus.
Equivalent to 8% of salary – approximately $7,000.00 per year.
Yearly Bonus potential of 5% of Salary - approximately $4,000.00 per year.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Strong maintenance skills – Jack/Jill of all trades.
• Journeyman/woman in a trade is considered an asset.
• Ability to use your own tools to complete required work.
• Strong ability to be proactive and adapt to continually shifting priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong sense of urgency and an ability to meet various deadlines.
• Well-developed communication skills.
• Exceptional customer experience skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction and/or warranty field with a general understanding of ANHWP is considered an asset.
