Seeking Full-Time Area Supervisor (District Manager)

REQUIREMENTS:

To meet restaurant goals, the Area Supervisor doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of General Managers at 3-5 restaurants. This means helping the General Managers to set their restaurant goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Restaurants. The Area Supervisor may also be responsible for hiring and developing General Managers, Department and Shift Managers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of McDonald’s Corporation- Hamburger University / ROLP.
• OTP 2 or OTP 3 preferred
• Experience as a General Manager / Area Supervisor / District Manager / Multi-Unit Ops Manager of a QSR for at least 2 years
• Ability to recruit, develop and retain General Managers, Department Managers, Shift Managers and Crew Members
• Relationship management; ability to successfully influence and build trust with varying styles and personalities
• Understanding of restaurant operations
• Proven ability to drive results through coaching and establishing successful routines and enforcing brand standards.
• Strong verbal and written skills for communication
• Strong Follow up skills
• Friendly and Outgoing
• Ability to Problem Solve
• Ability to sit, stand, drive and travel for extended periods of time
