Vergo Pest Management Ltd are currently looking to recruit for a customer facing Area Support Technician to work in the East London area. This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced pest control technician, as a first step towards a management role in Vergo Pest Management Ltd. Experience and qualifications in the Pest Control field is essential for this role.
Youll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial and residential properties where you’ll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.
Plus you will provide training and support to technicians within the team as required, helping develop their skills and knowledge while also developing your own as a future manager.

• Undertake general service work for the eradication and treatment of pests.
• Record all visits to customers via our smartphone app.
• Overseeing Training of new starters and existing technicians within the region
• Provide Technical Support on a day-to-day basis as well as supporting front line training for technicians.
• Provide support to the business in front line customer engagement.
• Maximise sales opportunities via self-sold and lead submission
• Help with the planning and implementation of the mobilisation of new large contracts.
• Support the Area Manager in maximising productivity across the region.
• Any other ad hoc duties as required by the needs of the business.
