Arrowquip is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team! This is a full-time position with ample growth opportunities within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and identifying opportunities to achieve established sales and margin goals. Responsibilities:
- Work to develop new business opportunities and grow assigned pipeline to work toward established sales and margin goals.
- Acquire new leads through cold calling customers, and warm leads from inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads to opportunities
- Ensure leads are responded to promptly
- Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, lost leads, and any customer problems.
- Building relationships with new and established customers
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers.
- Report any consumer issues to the Client Care Team
- Improve skills through continued personal development
