Description:

Arrowquip is looking for a passionate and highly driven Business Development Manager to join our sales team! This is a full-time sales position, with the potential for growth within Arrowquip. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. Your primary objective will be to engage with customers, build strong relationships, and close deals that meet or exceed our sales and margin goals. Arrowquip designs and manufactures cattle management and handling equipment. We base our designs on cattle behaviour and strive to keep ranchers and their families safe. QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Work Monday to Friday in Woodlands, MB
  • Passionate about the farming/ranching industry

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for securing customers commitments and finalizing deals that come through from the phone, email, website and social media inquiries.
  • Ensure leads are responded to promptly
  • Provide quotes to customers
  • Maintain detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost opportunities, and any customer or dealer problems
  • Collaborate with team to solve issues and find solutions
  • Support Digital Marketing Team with tracking leads and ads
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, and how they can benefit our customers
  • Report any consumer issues to the Client Care Team
  • Maintain Arrowquip’s CRM, ensuring that every lead is kept up to date
  • Improve skills through continued personal development
