REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as an Art Director in the hospitality, nightlife, or F&B industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media content, and campaign work
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Understanding of photo and video production to guide creative execution
• Ability to conceptualize bold and visually striking designs that resonate with audiences
• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision across our diverse portfolio of high-profile nightlife, restaurant, and hospitality brands. You will oversee design, branding, and visual storytelling, ensuring every campaign is aesthetically powerful, engaging, and ahead of the curve.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute innovative, trendsetting visual concepts for nightlife, hospitality, and F&B brands
• Oversee branding, social media content, photography, videography, and marketing materials
• Lead a team of designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-impact creative assets
• Ensure brand consistency and elevate the visual identity of all client projects
• Collaborate with strategists and content creators to produce scroll-stopping campaigns
• Stay ahead of design trends, cultural shifts, and creative innovations in the industry
